command "insert" lost the sub function "pr"

The command "insert" lost the sub function "pr", fail in bricscad v17.
How to solve the problem?
Will fix this problem ?
Example: (Command "-insert" blockname "pr" ........)

Try "_ro" or "_rotate" instead.
