My first failure! Help!

I don't get an opening or any application window. The Tip of Day launches and the drawing icon is in Win 10 tray ... but ... nothing. No key commands accepted. Closing the window in the tray brings up a notice that "Bricscad is not responding (in the Tray window). A few seconds later the Bricscad App pop opens and the program is closed there. When shutting down the computer, Windows recognizes the program is open if the closing procedure is not completed.

I uninstalled the application and Ccleaned the Registry hoping a clean install would clear corrupt files. But no change.

What do I do?
