Black squares when publishing to pdf

When i try to publish my 3D rendered isometric view to pdf using the BriscCAD publish command I get large black squares obscuring the drawing. Funnily I only get the squares when publishing from paper space. No black squares if I publish the model.

Any help please.

Thanks,

Ben

  • Just thought I had fixed it by fiddling with the vector DPI and got a clean plot. However, tested it a again and black rectangles are back. Very frustrating.

  • Hi Ben
I think this may be because PDF s recognise the CAD white as black!? Playing around with the
paper space white might help. Printing to PDF from one of the excellent printer/converters
available is really the best way to go. Foxit, Paperless printer,PDF995 etc are all free online.
    Just print to file.

  • Hmm, I hade the same problem with a file. As I remember I used to have a rasterfile in it ( it had been deleted) The Black rectangles appeared where the raster used to be. I ended up moving my model to a clean file.
