*SOLVED* Not load dwg

What could be the cause of this error? When I run the program from the terminal the program perfectly loads any drawings.

Of course I can run the program from the terminal, but maybe there is an option to cure this error?
SOLVED
The problem was that the program was launched without the support of the Russian locale.
