Network Licence

Hello,
we have the following Problem
We want to scripts BricsCAD for SCCM and use a network-license server.
In the development environment, however, we have unfortunately no connect to the license server, because we have a separation of production and development environment.
Is it possible to activate network licensing in the test environment using RegKey or other files? How can i enter the network-licence Server IP-Adress and Port?
