Image underlay tool IRT
It would be a handy if this tools was made compatible for BricsCAD users.
Only, the author needs to be able to compile it to a .des file
Imports online maps into your drawing.
Raster tiles are placed and scaled to match your coordinate system.

Looks like the same thing that's going on with this tool, except it creates a single image instead of using multiple tiles. Available for BricsCAD in MapWorks or the low cost GeoLocation+ package.

Have you tried using MAPCONNECT? This is a built in command for BricsCAD Pro and greater.

Pro is really the minimum if you want to access the majority of 3rd party apps for BricsCAD.
