inserting blocks from tool pallete changes current layer
i used to be able to insert a block on the layer it's set to without it changing the current layer to what the block is set to. is there a setting in V17.2.06 to would keep my current layer set to what i want and insert a block on the layer it is set to in the tool pallet properties?
