Edit vertex of polygon, polygons or hatch question

When using autocad I routinely edit the mid vertex of polylines or polygons to convert the line to a curve by right clicking and selecting the convert to arc option. I haven't been able to do this while using the trial version. Is this feature available?

    The procedure to convert a line segment to an arc segment using the Quad cursor menu is as follows:
    1. Place the cursor over the segment,
    2. When the polyline highlights, press and hold the Ctrl-key. Now only the segment under the cursor highlights.
    3. Move the cursor to the Quad and choose 'Adjust Bulge'.
