Inserting Blocks from tool pallets not aligning to current UCS. Pro Version 17.2.08 (X64)

In previous build of Bricscad, when we insert blocks from the tool pallet, the blocks would insert relative to the current UCS. This would allow us to align the UCS to a particular geometry, and insert the blocks aligned to that geometry. In this new build, the blocks from the tool pallet are coming in on world UCS, no matter what UCS we set. This is a big problem for us, as we used that functionality heavily in the design of our dies.
We are using Bricscad Pro Version 17.2.08 (X64)

    I can reproduce the problem and will inform our developers about it. A work-around seems to be to set the 'Prompt for rotation' property to Yes, then right click after specifying the insertion point.

    The problem is solved in the latest update: V17.2.12-1 which is available for download on our website.
