How do I set a plot inidcation means: variables like path-, file name, date ect. are shown either benath the title block or somewhere else along the edge of the drawing.

Can you just use an Mtext string with the appropriate fields?

Define the Plot Stamp option on the Print dialog. See the 'To Define the Plot Stamp' item in the BricsCAD Help under User Guide/Printing and Plotting.
