Issues with the Surface Create\Edit window

EDIT: I have resolved the issue! There is a video on the Civil Site Design Website the resolves this exact issue!

Hi,

The Create/Edit Surfaces window no longer is visible when it is open. It appears in the task bar and I can see a preview if I hover my mouse yet when I try to bring it in front of BricsCAD there is no window. I have tried multiple things to try and resolve the issue.

Uninstalled BricsCAD and Civil Site Design- removed temp folders and reinstalled.
removed and removed the it from the tool bar.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?
