Wrong time (GMT) in Logfile?

I opened a drawing, the logfile of the drawing is named automatically
" Grundriss Umbau 1. OG_2017-08-08_11-18-30.log" That's the current CET Summertime. But the first line in the logfile is
---------- [ BricsCAD - Tue Aug 08 13:18:30 2017] ---------- This is General Meantime - 2 hours difference.

How to get the right time in the logfile?

11:18 CEST equals 9:18 GMT (which BTW stands for Greenwich Mean Time). So a CEST->GMT translation does not explain the time shift you are seeing.
