support on GIS shapefiles, and KMZ files

Does anyone have a solution for this? I want to import and export shapefiles and KML(Z) .
I know SpatialManager can do this, but is there a free option as well?

    Look at the QGIS project, it's an amazing piece of freeware that can be used to convert file formats to DXF for bringing into any BricsCAD.
