Is BricsCAD vs Revit

No, BricsCAD will not open .rvt or .rva files. In revit you can export in .dwg or .ifc. I would export with .ifc if you want BIM information from Revit. AutoDesk Revit is very closed about their filetypes it would be extremely difficult for Bricsys to add compatibility with Revit filetypes.
One problem with exporting a Revit file such as a family is that if you work on it inside BricsCAD and transfer it back you'll be getting a lesser quality file. I would say polysolid work is fine back and forth but that is about it.

Is Revit compatible with DWG?

There's rumours about that Brics is about to add some .rvt capabilities, possibly via ODA's new Teigha BIM API
