bugs in annotatives

  1. I would like to set annoautoscale in Model apart from Layouts, like it is possible in Autocad.
  2. I would like to set annoallvisible in Model apart from Layouts, like it is possible in Autocad.
  3. In Layouts annoautoscale works fine for text and blocks, but not for dimensions. In Model annoautoscale works fine for text, blocks and dimensions.

I Use V17, Windows 7 (64)
