Editing of a leader by mouse

I move leader by clicking and dragging point of text.
The text is moved to a different point than a line of leader.
Do not you know someone I'm doing wrong?

    this is the Programming and customization section.
    If this is an drawing handling issue, you'll better in the 2D Drawing and Drafting Section of the Forum.
    The Leader Line only moves if you move the Text, which belonges to the Leader.
