Editing of a leader by mouse

I move leader by clicking and dragging point of text (I move the text by mouse).
The text is moved to a different point than a line of leader.
See attached pictures.
Do not you know someone I'm doing wrong?

Just pick the text and move.

Do NOT pick the leader JUST the text.

I pick up only text.
The leader is moved by text. Normally.
