Delete 3D Constraints

Perhaps I do not have my setting correct but I can not see nor delete 3D constraints the way I see & delete 2D constraints.
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Initially I had trouble applying constraints as my SELECTIONMODES was set to 0 and needed to be 3.
Wish there was a list of recommended settings for the 3D environment.

    3D constraints are managed in the Mechanical Browser panel. Place the cursor over a toolbar, then right click and choose Mechanical Browser in the context menu.
