Dynamic UCS and SNAPs

Apparently the dynamic UCS disable snaps that lay behind the origin plane. I recorderd a short video to better explain my problem:

Here we have two copy of the same 3D object. I run the RECTangle command and lock the dynamic UCS on the face of the box. After that Only the cylinder ont he positive Z side of the origin plane reacts to the snap. The object in the negative side is not snappable.

Is this the expected behaviour? Maybe is a configuration aI miss.

There is a search field in the _Settings dialog. With a good keyword like 'UCS' it is relatively easy to find all related settings. Your issue is caused by the OSOPTIONS variable.
