Problem with creating PDF of Microsoft Word file with embedded BricsCAD drawing.

I am embedding BricsCAD drawings into Microsoft Word files and then adding leader lines with arrows and text boxes on the drawings. I need to add these in the Word file so that I can maintain their size while scaling the drawing as necessary to fit page constraints. Everything looks great in the Word file, but when I create the PDF, the leader lines with arrows and text boxes are shifted slightly to the left and slightly up. I do not have this problem with embedded AutoCAD files. Has anyone experienced this and, if so, have you found a work-around or fix to resolve the problem? Thank you!
