did layer inversion filter in the layers dockable panel stop working in v 18.1.04?

i use it commonly to hide groups of xref'd layers to keep my drafting speed quick

    The 'Invert filter' button works but the 'Filter used' combo does not. You should send in a Support Request,

    V19 is already out there?!!
    Where did you get it?

    This morning downloaded and upgrade to the latest V18 from the Bricscad website.
    So this comes a bit as a surprise.
    FYI I got this: Version 18.1.09 (x64) revision 51732 (Platinum)
