toolbar re-arranging itself
recently updated from V16 to V18. I am now having a problem with 2 of my toolbars moving themselves to a different part of the screen, always to the same place. I have my toolbars locked so it's not me re-arranging them without noticing it.
How the heck do I fix this, It takes me a few second every time it happens to figure out why I can find a command before I re-arrange them back to where they belong.
