Correcting previous wrong entries
I extruded a planar form built of two components: an elypse cut in two, and a closing line segment.
Before extruding it, I forgot two things:
- Closing the segments of elypse and closing line to a single line object
- Filling in the geometry with a material
How can I correct for my error, without repeating everything: How can I edit the 2D form from wich I derived the extruded solid?

BricsCAD is not history-based. Try editing the 3D model.

Hi
I'm absolutely green regarding Bricscad, about 1 week into it and no previous training in this software. So don't take my word as gospel. What I've come up until now was to "preserve" a copy of my sketch in a "non interfering layer", much like defpoints.
It's far from being a good solution but anyway better than do it all over again. Hope it helps. :-)0 -
If you want to retain the path and profile entities used to create a 3D model you should change the DELOBJ setting.

DELOBJ That will do nicely. Thanks Roy. ;-)
