No Preview in Windows Explorer

we use bricscad at work. some can preview dwg files in windows explorer. i can not. how do i preview dwg files in windows explorer?

    This is not a native feature of Windows Explorer but part of an AutoCAD installation or perhaps some other 3rd party application.

    Please check the value of the PreviewWndInOpenDlg user preference. The preview displays if the value = 1. You can change the value by typing the name of the preference at the command line or in the Settings dialog. The size of the preview image is controlled by the THUMBSIZE system variable.
