Cannot Write To File:

I have a computer that continues to get this error:

Cannot write to file:
C:\Program Files\Bricsys\BricsCAD V17 en_US\UserDataCache\Support\en_US\default.cui
please ensure that you have write access to this file

Has anyone else experienced this? I have tried renaming the file and loading it from a different location and it still gives me the same error.

    The program folder is normally always write-protected, this is Windows' default.

    But the problem indicates, that you are using the menu/cui file from a wrong folder - you should unload that menu (command "_menuunload"), and check your user folder under AppData/Roaming/Bricsys/BricsCAD/.../Support for "default.cui" file - and load that menu then by _menuload or CUI command.

    Then all should be fine.
    Also, check your support pathes under Settings -> Program Options -> Files : it should not point to the UserDataCache folder, but to the Support folder under your user folder, as mentioned above.
