Problems with commands bricscad V18

Hi, I'm working with the V18 Bricscad prog and since a few days the commandbar doesn't work that good. By giving a command, the program starts 'thinking' but don't get any further. Even when I choose the same option via the menubar, it won't work. Default cui is loaded, so that's not the problem in my opinion. Anyone an idea what it might be? Thanks in advance

    1. Check if this behavior occurs with all drawings.
    2. Check if creating and using a new profile solves the issue.
    3. If steps 1 and 2 do not clarify the problem: send in a Support Request.
