Cannot apply tangent constrain to arc and circle

From this dwg, I added a tangent constraint from arc to circle, then I add a coincident constraint to make the endpoint of arc touch the circle, but never successful. Select Coincident constraint, select the endpoint of the arc and then select the circle, error with Invalid point

I can do this in a snap in F360 but I spend over half hour in BricsCAD but still not able to do that properly. I can only tangent snap to the circle, but not coincident constraint.

I tried with onshape and it works like F360.

I haven't checked your dwg but why don't you use a concentric constraint?

Ah my bad. I noticed that I should select Entity in 2nd selection. Now is OK.
