WIN10 update KB4054517 blocks vba from loading

Hi,

One of the latest security updates in windows 10 (KB4054517) blocks bricscad V10 and V13 from loading any vba-project.
A pop up with header "Microsoft Visual Basic' and message 'Errors occurred during load' appears.
The log-files don't show any other information.

Is anybody else experiencing this problem? Any ideas on how to solve it?
We just removed the update on our pc's but Microsoft is very aggressive about updates nowadays and a skip-update is not available in WIN10 home.

    Any solution for this. I think this is happening for a number of older applications. Windows 10 v1607 seems to be okay but 170x seems to be a problem.
