Error opening drawing file

I receive the following error message when opening several files:

It indicates "Out of Range" but provides no other information.

I am using BricsCAD Platinum Version 14.1.05 (x64) revision 32094 running on Windows 8. Attached is one of the dwg files that has this issue. Can someone please tell me what is wrong and how to open this? I need to make changes for a customer and they are waiting on me!!!

    Do what the dialog tells you: Use the _Recover command.

    Thanks. That did the trick. However the error dialog said to make sure it was a valid drawing file. It implied there was another step before trying to use the Recover utility.
