develope build sphere in metal

somewhere here the question was asked, i cannot find the post
to shape a corner of a sphere as in say a corner of a caravan roof to side, front make pattern from radius,flatten the section in maxsurf or solid, or just develope it on paper from contours, now stretch in an english wheel and form, or just belt it with a rubber malett on a sandbag, 4mm alu is abt max with rubber hard mallet i am by trade builder of alu yachts
