V16 toobar flyouts not working

For some reason my toolbar flyouts stopped working. My computer crashed twice a day ago while in Brics. Only other thing I can think of being the culprit was installing V18 but I'm sceptical that has anything to do with it. However V18's toolbar flyouts don't work either. Anyone have any ideas what the fix would be?

    Never mind! Forgot to hold the left mouse button down as it's over the arrow. Still hung over from the new year I guess!
