Create/Edit Surface Earthworks

I am wanting to create/edit a surface to display Earthworks with colours.
I have done this and gone into outputs and clicked on heights and directions tab but when I try and generate the setup table and try and display cut & fill I cannot get it to work properly.
How do I set it up properly so I can see everything in one colour for cut and another for fill above a certain level? IE: -7M -0.2M 0.2M 7M???
