Turn off 3d snaps

I'm looking to toggle off 3d snaps. I work inside models and I'm constantly tweaking sizes, lights etc. It's annoying to grip something only to have it either not move or snap to some wall. I need 3d snaps OFF.

Alternatively have the "3D Entity Snaps" toolbox at hand...
