writing acces default.cui

Has anybody else a problem with the writing access to default.cui?
I have added the screenshot i got when i exit of want to customise Bricscad.

You are using the UserDataCache CUI. This is ill advised as this is the 'last resort' back-up for restoring the default CUI. And yes: Windows does not like users messing with files in the 'Program Files' folder. Why/how did you choose this setup? It is not the standard setup.
