MTEXT Ruler

I've recently had an employee ask me how to get the ruler that is displayed(at the top) when modifying MTEXT to move vertically. She has some cases where MTEXT is 50+ lines, and the Ruler seems "pinned" to the top. In AutoCAD the ruler stays relative to your view as you pan up/down. Is there a variable I'm not aware of to turn this behavior on in BricsCAD?

I'm working on incorporating Word2Cad currently, was just wondering there was a toggle I missed.
