Selection window cursor offset

Hello! My colleague has the following problem: In a 2D drawing sometimes the cursor jumps away when using a selection window.
It's a slight offset in x and y direction. View is in 2D, I've checked. Selecting a single line is no problem, only when using the selection window. When he restarts the system the problem is gone for a few hours/days but the problem reoccurs. Problem is only in Bricscad, not in other software.
Anyone else seen this and know a solution?

    Try View > Visual styles > 2D Wireframe (not Wireframe). I check this setting if the cursor plays up in 2D.

    This sounds like a video card issue. Have you tried updating your video card driver and customizing the settings for BricsCAD?
