Lock a docked panel in place?

Anyone know if docked panels can be locked in place?
I'm using Mac V18, and find that at times my panels will change location or undock from their left docked position. Also, my open and docked SheetSet Manager panel will turn off when I open a drawing.

    Since V18 there is a new Lock UI button in the Bottom Bar.
    (Just doesn't currently work on Mac)
    In Windows it works for me as expected.
