How to use "Standard Hatch Palette" from Lisp?

With "_hatch" I call the main-hatch-dialogue; and "Pattern" calls the "Hatch Pattern Pallett": Name + preview of pattern

Can this pallette also be called from / integrated inside Lisp-Commands?
