Stretch Linetype Behavior BricsCAD vs. AutoCAD

FYI. I experimented with the poorly documented Stretch linetype code. Discovered different behavior in BricsCAD and AutoCAD for very short lines relative to the definition.

AutoCAD will shrink the linetype smaller to fit, however if the definition contains shape files they could be unacceptably crowded together.
