Changing the font size (height) and screen colors.

Hi,
I'm new user of the software,
How can i change the font size (height) as it works in the "option-display" toolbar in Autocad.
How can i change the screen window areas colors ( dark option instead of the white) , also as it works in the "option-display" toolbar in Autocad
