Arc Point, Angle, Point

Hi there
I'm on V18.2
I need some help while drawing an Arc with the predefined option point/angle/point.
I put my first point, after that i entered an Angle (lets take 3°) now i want to select an point on the right side (~45°) from the first point.
I always get an bulge faced down. How can i get the bulge at the other direction (face up)? Angdir won't have an impact.

Since you apparently have the 2 end points to snap to, why not pick the one on the right first? That will make the arc bulge upward.

my arc is starting at this point and i have to go this way.

Quick and dirty:
Rotate the UCS 180 degrees around the X or Y axis before starting the _Arc command.
