Seeing " instead of a Ø symbol.

Hello,

I'm trying to open drawings exported from Tekla Structures.

But no matter what combination I use to create the diameter symbol, in Tekla, after opening it with BricsCAD it will only show a ".
I know I could fix this with changing System Locale but this will mess up the other letters.

When recreating the symbol inside BricsCAD it works. The symbols also work on a coworkers Autocad with same Locale.

Any thoughts?
