layer menu doesn't open in BricsCad v.16

Hi,

When I try to open the _layer menu -it's not working, it's just freezing the screen! I restarted even the PC a couple of times with no effect!
Did someone had this issue?
I am using Version 16.2.15 (x64) revision 43937

    Start it, then use Alt-SpaceBar + M, then press an arrow key. This should move the dialog back into view so you can drag it with your mouse.
