Has anybody else also problems with PDF Underlays on V18 Mac ?

I have 2 PDF plans.
Each about 1,5 MB.

I tried to attach these by Drawing Explorer.
Latest V18 Mac crashed after closing Drawing Explorer.

I tried Vectorworks and the PDFs come in fine and are snappable.
So I tried latest V18 Win on my VM.
V18 Win imports them fine and I saved my File with PDFs.
But trying to open, or even Recover, crashes Bricscad Mac immediately.

Edit :
A test with another PDF did not crash.

    OK, after doing some more edits in Windows I got the file, with PDFs,
    even running on Mac without crashes.

    I think it was a scale/precision issue.

    The PDF came by default with a scale of 2,54 into the Millimeter Template
    so only some 100 mm in size (so text some fractions of a mm) and
    snapping was quite off from the lines you see.
    After scaling to 2540/2540 which is about the real 1:1 scale it works ok.
    Looks like even the OpenGL does faster and easier now.

    (But it seems that the Windows OpenGL is still faster, although on a VM only)
