Not all commands show up in the menus and in the toolbar customization menu

Not all commands show up in the menus and in the toolbar customization menu. The help menu will direct me to use a certain command and it will not be in the menus across the top of the screen and when I try to add a button on a toolbar I can't find the command in the available tools list. If I type into command line it is usually there. The last one I had a problem with is the dmcopyfaces command. Is there a way to remedy this? Why are my menus incomplete? I run V18 pro.

    The toolset that is available via the Menu Bar depends on the selected profile. For example if you use the default '2D drafting' profile the 'Model' menu will not be displayed.

    There is a search field at the top of the _Customize dialog, just type a keyword and hit Enter to find a tool.
