AcDbSurface::projectOnToSurface error

Is projectOnToSurface supposed to work with brics sdk 18? Function definition exists in the header file acdbsurface.h, but the function seems to be missing from the lib. When I try to call it i get a linker error.

    seems best to send us a SupportRequests (for the records and to assign to developers) ...
    actually it is declared but not implemented (hence the linker error), but seems to be no problem to be implemented.
