COM Error when i open and put activedocument.

Hello, i am develop a module in Bricscad but when i want to open a file with the COM Method i get this error.
HRESULT E_FAIL
Stack Trace
in BricscadApp.IAcadApplication.set_ActiveDocument(AcadDocument pActiveDoc).
