Layer Mapper/Translator

Hi there,
We have the need to be able to translate our layer/blocks/colors/etc from our system to that of a client. Does anyone have any solutions?
I found the Sofoco Tools application in the Bricsys App Catalog but it doesn't appear to work in V18 of BricsCAD.
