Error with BcTpCatalog.btc

Hi Team,

While installing the BricsCAD V16.2.15 (x64) application on windows machine, its popping up an error window as "Error writing to file: C:\Program Files\Bricsys\BricsCAD V16 en_US\UserDataCache\Support\en_US\ToolPalettes\BcTpCatalog.btc. Verify that you have access to that directory." Could you please assist.
