Unable to Copy - no active transaction

Hi,
i have a problem. When I try to copy some entities which includes some dimensions to a other drawing file the message shows "no active transaction" and no objects are copied. After that I cannot save a file. It does not matter if it is a new file or the exisiting drawing.
Any suggestions how to fix it ?

    Which version do you use ?
    Such a problem had been fixed a while ago ...
    besides, do you use any third-party tools ?

    I have a version 16.2.15.
    I don't have any third-part tools from Bricsys.

    You might try the same operation with V17 or V18, just to verify whether the problem had been fixed there;
    V17 + V18 can be co-installed along any other version, so no risk for your V16 to become unusable.

    I tried this operation on V18 version and everything is allright.
    I don't know what the cause of the problem is on my V16 version.
